Why wait for something to break? Remote preventive care is maintenance that needs to be performed weekly OR at least on a monthly basis for your computer to operate at peak performance. This preventive maintenance is critical and important. Whether it is running operating system updates, anti-virus updates, malware scans or computer driver patches, all of this can be confusing and time consuming. The remote preventative care plan allows a service tech to access your computer (with your permission) bi-weekly and run the necessary scans, updates, and patches to keep your computer running optimally.
